Welcome to our recently opened second location- The Swamp Rabbit Inn TR (426 S. Main Street) in downtown Travelers Rest, SC (10 miles north of Greenville) right on the Swamp Rabbit Trail near Furman University.
Our pool will remain open as long as weather permits. Don’t miss this opportunity to book your fall getaway in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains.
The Main House sits behind hundred-year- old magnolia trees and offers four private guest rooms (Magnolia, Camellia, and Azalea have private baths and Poppy has hall bath). In the backyard overlooking the sparkling pool you’ll find The Coach House and Studio , which are both queen bed efficiencies as well as our charming 2 bedroom Cottage. The two bedroom Cottage has a large front porch, a handicap accessible room with roll in shower and ramp up to porch and handicap accessible parking.

This is our second location the Swamp Rabbit Inn TR (426 S. Main Street) in downtown Travelers Rest, SC (10 miles north of Greenville) right on the Swamp Rabbit Trail near Furman University. We have a Main House with four private guest rooms (Magnolia, Camellia, and Azalea have private baths and Poppy has hall bath) and continental breakfast is available for Main House guests to enjoy. The Coach House, Studio and a two bedroom Cottage and now LOLA Vintage Camper in back of the main house serve as vacation rentals with kitchenettes for guests to prepare their own food (not provided). We have a beautiful outdoor pool for our guests to enjoy and it’s open year round! Lounge by the pool and take a dip after a day in the mountains. Bike rentals available at time of booking or by appointment. Rent a room or the whole inn!
