MAY DAY!!! Get Inn on This!

We’ve got a big day planned and we hope you can come!

Trek Travel Ride

From pastoral to pasture to plate, three fun events are happening May 1st at the Inn:  Trek Travel 40 mile group ride, May Bike Month kickoff proclamation and our first “Dinner With Friends” event.

Councilwoman Amy Ryberg-Doyle

The ride, hosted by Trek Travel will depart the Inn at 10 am and meander through the rolling hills surrounding Greenville and Travelers Rest.  Here is the ride sheet and route!  Light refreshments will be provided before and after.  The Bike Month proclamation with the ever-gracious and cycling enthusiastic Councilwoman Amy Ryberg-Doyle will follow the return of the ride at approximately 1 pm.

Craig Rogers, Border Springs Farms

We are so excited for our first "Dinner With Friends" event at the Swamp Rabbit Inn that we can hardly contain ourselves!  From the beginning our focus has been about bringing people together and this event brings together some of our very good friends - friends who can cook!

Michael Kramer

Joining us next Sunday are Chef Michael Kramer of Table 301, Steven Musolf of Lazy Goat, Teryi Youngblood of Passerelle Bistro, Krystal Hill of Lazy Goat, Craig Rogers (the Cycling Shepard) of Border Springs Farms and Michael Kimball of Williamsburg Winery.  This event’s fare features spring lamb.  See the mouthwatering menu they’ve planned for us below!

Lazy Goat chefs

Foodies have always gravitated around the Swamp Rabbit Inn.  It somehow goes together - fitness, food, and friends.  We are all food and wine enthusiasts and want to bring intriguing, well crafted, intimate dining events to our community.  We’ve found that riding bikes and gathering around tables over great food are two of the very best ways to make new friends and great memories.

Teryi Youngblood

Greenville’s food scene has been growing by leaps and bounds in tandem with it’s cycling scene.  Just as this May day at the Inn combines the best of both we hope to continue to create collaborative, one of a kind events to celebrate local talent, exceptional experiences and build lasting connections.

Michael Kimball

Join us in the morning for a taste of the bike touring life with the Trek Travel group ride,  Bike Month kickoff with Councilwoman Doyle at the Inn afterward and then in the evening as we turn over our kitchen to the talented chefs for our very first "Dinner With Friends" event.  It proves to be wonderfully memorable from start to finish.

Details:  Six courses, six wines. The event is from 6:oopm - 9:00pm and the cost is $85 per person to attend.  This is a very small event so tickets are very limited. Click here to purchase your tickets today from the Swamp Rabbit Inn. Questions? Call the Swamp Rabbit Inn at (864) 517-4617.
