Our flagship property, The Swamp Rabbit Inn, is located in the West End of Greenville just two blocks from Main Street (near Old Cigar Warehouse & Zen) and offers 6 guest rooms and accommodates up to 16 people. We have had wedding parties stay together, families, bridesmaids, groomsmen, bachelorette & bachelor parties stay with us. We have a fully equipped kitchen and grill with great outdoor spaces for relaxing. The entire inn is furnished in IKEA and is fresh and funky! Not your grandmother's B&B, more of an upscale hostel.
People love our vacation rentals because it extends the party and everyone gets to mingle all weekend long and we are very affordable!
We have two more properties with unique character just outside the north gate of Furman University (7 miles from downtown Greenville) - The Swamp Rabbit Lodge(midcentury modern) and The Furman Cottage (farmhouse cottage) that sit on the same 12 acres. Between the lodge (sleeps 24) and the cottage (sleeps 14) you can accommodate a pretty large group of friends or family in a rustic, casual setting.

There are bonfire pits, horse shoes, corn hole, and a mountain bike/nature trail that winds through the woods of the property. People have used our properties for casual rehearsal dinners and brunches as well. We have had food trucks and live music on site!
