When Wendy Lynam purchased the property at 1 Logan Street in Greenville, SC in 2013 she had no intention of opening a bed and breakfast in Greenville SC. The idea to open a bike friendly guest house came to her one day as she was standing on the front porch of the property and looked out and saw cyclists on the Swamp Rabbit Trail just across the street. That is how the story starts ...
